I started running in March 2013 using the couch to 5k training program, with a goal of just completing a local 5k without walking. My first race was that June, and since then I have been hooked!

  1. The NYC Half Marathon will be a real challenge, This is your first run at this distance. Just stay focused and push yourself to acheive your goal of finishing the race in a respectable time.
